ZAENAL SANIA - President Director  Originally from Makassar Town in the South Sulawesi, Zaenal made his move to Bali in 1982. He graduated from Sulawesi College, completing diploma in Sales Management. He held various positions in export sales. Before joining the real estate industry, he was Sales Manager - USA for 'Synergy', a leading Indonesian garment manufacturer. In 1995 he formed 'Bali Negotiable', a property and holiday rental agency. Zaenal specializes in land procurement, owner relationships and land sales. He was born in 1963, married with two childrens.
M. SALEH - Director  'Saleh' comes from Makassar in South Sulawesi, Indonesia. He was trained at the Empat Lima University in the town majoring Landscape Management. He made his move to Bali in 1989 and started a Landscape Gardening business. Later, he became partner in 'Bali Negotiable' a property agency operated in Bali and then joined House of Bali in 1999. Saleh specializes in Land surveying and valuations and he has success in maintain good and strong relationship with the local land owners in Bali. He was born in 1969, married with 2 childrens.
